A: All of our Art Photo Frames are produced from our studio located in Jacksonville, Fl. We have a dedicated team of artisans who are committed to excellent quality & unique design. Most of all we are proud to say that all of our art pieces are Hand Crafted in the U.S.A.

Q: Is each Art Photo Frame exactly the same?

A: Not exactly. Although we put new designs into production every season
Each frame is handcrafted from start to finish. Paint strokes and texture may vary, however, frame size, and art style will not. You are not just ordering a mass produced “retail product” from Eli Silas Designs. You are actually purchasing a uniquely designed work of art.

Q: What materials do you use in your Art Photo Frames?

A: All of our frames are custom made form real wood, not wood-like products. We also use artist’s canvas, paper, and Of course, paint. Each finished item is completed when sealed with a protective coating that will give a polished look and a protective coating.

Q: How do you insert personal photos in the Art Photo Frames?

A: Very simple. We recommend personal snapshots that are fun and natural. Simply scan or copy your photo on your home computer or have them reproduced at your local photo kiosk. Print your snapshots in black and white and then crop to 4x4 inches in size. Photos should easily slip into the mounted photo corners

Q: How do I choose an Art Photo Frame with an expression?

A: Simply choose any of our 15x15 frames in any color and choose any of our available expressions. You can mix and match to create the perfect gift.

Q: Can I personalize a frame?

A. Of course. Choose any 15x15 frame and personalize for wedding, baby’s birth or write your own personal expression. Personalization is free for one line and $10.00 for additional lines.

Q: How long does it take to receive an order from Eli Silas Designs?

A: We are a working studio and our goal is ship all orders within 3-6 weeks. However, lead time may vary depending on seasonal orders.
